store, La Fromagerie emphasizes American artisan cheeses and charcuterie.
Over the past decade, independent dairy farmers
have made great advances with an ever-increasing variety of raw
milk cheeses. Taking advantage of the incredible biodiversity
of different American regions, these farmers have created cheeses
that equal the best of their European counterparts.
At La Fromagerie
an extensive variety of these high quality artisan cheeses, cured
meats and other delights await Alexandria residents and visitors.
The shop also offer custom made cheese and meat platters, gift
baskets and a selection of cheese related items and books.
