Sebastien, a native of France's Rhone valley, was raised in a rich culture of cheese, wines, and fine regional foods. With more than a decade of experience as a Chef in the fine restaurants of Europe and the US, he has developed the firm belief that the best food comes from small producers using traditional methods. Sebastien and his wife Mary employ this philosophy as the core concept of La Fromagerie.
